Amelia is an Urgent Care physician practicing in Portland, Maine. Prior to medical school, she worked as an instructor for Outward Bound. She completed a Wilderness First Responder course back in 1987 and became an EMT afterward. During her medical training, she spent a couple of months in Nepal, including time at Everest Basecamp with a climbing team. When Amelia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband traveling and hiking.
