Description:

Darryl currently operates a youth expedition sailing company and has been active in the outdoor industry for over 15 years. He has instructed/guided for Outward Bound Zimbabwe, The Costa Rica Rainforest Outward Bound School, Youth Challenge International, Butterfield and Robinson and has trained as a Mountain Instructor and Ocean Sailing Instructor with the National Outdoor Leadership School . Darryl has worked as Director of Camping and Outdoor Education for the YMCA and has facilitated YMCA youth programs in Australia and Honduras. Darryl has worked on a dedicated Search and Rescue unit with the Canadian Guard and is a trained NLS lifeguard, Rescue Diver, and Swiftwater Rescue Technician. Darryl is an avid world-traveler, raft guide, snowboarder and surfer.
